Building and Renovating


The City of College Station strives to perform inspections as quickly as possible. If you request an inspection before 7:30 a.m. Monday – Friday, we will do our best to schedule the inspection the same day. We cannot guarantee specific time requests but will strive to provide a 24-hour turnaround.  

Pre-Application Conferences


The City of College Station’s goal is to make the development process go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We strive to provide the best information as early in the process as possible so applicants can make timely and informed business decisions. To that end, we offer individuals interested in developing in College Station the opportunity to attend a pre-application conference with the Planning & Development Services Department.
