Michael Ostrowski has worked for the City of College Station since 2020 and has served as the chief development officer since 2024. He previously was the director of planning and development services since (2020-24). Prior to serving with the City of College Station, Ostrowski served in planning and economic development roles for the City of San Marcos and Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Ostrowski holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, political science and public administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and a dual Master of Public Administration and Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Ostrowski is both a certified planner (AICP) and certified economic developer (CEcD).

Brian Piscacek has been with the City of College Station for over fourteen years in several roles and currently serves as Assistant Director, Economic Development in the Economic Development & Tourism Department. In this position, Brian has been instrumental in the City’s pursuit of growth and development, providing administration and management of industry and retail recruitment, engaging in business retention and expansion efforts, and enhancing the tourism economy. A native of Waco, Texas, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History and a Master of Public Administration from Texas Tech University.

Tori Gleason joined the City of College Station in 2026 as the Economic Development Manager. Prior to serving the City of College Station, Gleason spent 10 years with the Tomball Economic Development Corporation, where she served as Project Manager and led initiatives in business recruitment, marketing, workforce development, strategic planning, and economic development programs. Gleason holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and the Professional Community and Economic Developer (PCED) certification, she is committed to advancing the economic vitality of College Station through collaboration, innovation, and strategic partnerships.

Stacey supports College Station's economic growth through business retention and expansion, business recruitment, and retail development initiatives. She joined the City in January 2021 after relocating from the Dallas–Fort Worth area with her family. With more than 12 years of public sector experience, Stacey holds a BA in Business and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Sales Agent. Her background in real estate and economic development provides valuable insight into business growth, site selection, and redevelopment efforts that support the City's long-term economic development goals.

Jennifer Luna, MPA, is a public sector professional with over ten years of experience connecting people, projects, and purpose. As District Manager at the City of College Station, she oversees daily operations, long-term revitalization, and management of one of the city’s most dynamic districts, the Historic Northgate District. Jennifer has also, in previous roles, advanced regional economic development through the Hays Caldwell Economic Development Partnership and research initiatives at the National Children’s Alliance, Texas A&M University, and Northwestern State University. Known for her collaborative approach and results-driven mindset, she uses creative problem-solving and strategic partnerships to transform local regions into engines of economic growth, community pride, and lasting impact.

Angie Bertinot brings more than 25 years of marketing leadership to her work, including a pivotal role in the transformation of downtown Houston through strategic marketing and placemaking initiatives. Her Houston career also included work on some of the city's biggest moments, from Super Bowl activations to World Series championship parades. She brought that big-market experience and passion for place-based storytelling to College Station, Texas, where she now serves as Economic Development and Tourism Marketing Manager for the City, overseeing marketing for Visit College Station, the city's destination marketing organization. Angie leads strategy and special projects along with communications, content marketing, media relations and sales support for the Heart of Aggieland. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.

JohnConnor Haverkamp joined the City of College Station in June 2025 as the Marketing Coordinator with the Economic Development & Tourism Department, developing multi-channel campaigns that build the brand and drive visitor engagement for Visit College Station. His work spans organic and paid digital, social and influencer marketing, website and SEO management and analytics. He built his early marketing career within Texas A&M University and worked with the worldwide Aggie Network. A Dallas native raised in the piney woods of East Texas, JohnConnor holds a BA in Telecommunications from Texas A&M and an MBA from UT Tyler and has proudly called College Station home for over a decade.
