A look at the significance of the Union Pacific 4141 locomotive as its new pavilion opens to the public

On Thursday, as part of 41@100: A Celebration of George H.W. Bush events, a new 29,000-square-foot building opened to the public. Inside, the first thing you see is the massive 420,000-pound locomotive painted in honor of Bush. The new pavilion was built around the 4141 locomotive.
