Asecond McAlister’s Deli location is scheduled to open in College Station at 3915 Texas 6 in August, restaurant officials announced Thursday.
McAlister’s is a fast-casual restaurant that serves sandwiches, salads and is known for its sweet tea.
The restaurant is expected to employ between 75-100 people and will be 3,100 square feet with seating for up to 76 guests. Like the existing College Station location at 1006 University Drive E., this location will feature Texas A&M-themed décor and have community-style seating for study groups.
The restaurant will be operated by The Saxton Group, a Dallas-Based restaurant franchisee. This will be the franchisee’s 75th McAlister’s Deli restaurant.
