Midtown Business Park

The City of College Station's newest business park, Midtown, consists of 252 ready-to-develop acres and sits outside of the adjacent Spring Creek and Lick Creek 100-year floodplain. Midtown's proximity to Highway 6, as well as the growing community around Texas A&M University, primes this site for serving the next generation of commercial, office and light manufacturing for College Station.  There are a variety of schools, day cares, residences, shopping, entertainment, and recreation all within a 10-minute drive from Midtown.
